Peel Cottage facilities

  1. Kitchen has traditional cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer.
  2. Utility room has both a washing machine and tumble dryer
  3. Living room has a wood burning stove for those cooler evenings, TV with DVD player and access to BT smart TV for TNT sport and other media. Fast WiFi is also available.
  4. Both bedrooms have wall mounted TVs with inbuilt DVD but are not connected to the smart TV channels available in the main living room.
  5. The cottage has central heating and hot water fed from oil fired boiler situated in the utility room.
  6. Travel cot available that can be accommodated in the king size bedroom – no bedding provided.
  7. Cottage safety:
    • Integrated smoke alarm system on all floors and rooms with back-up battery.
    • Fire extinguishers located in each bathroom and utility room.
    • Fire risk assessment and escape plan located in the cottage information book and also around the house.
    • Carbon monoxide alarms in both the living room and utility room.
    • First Aid kit located in the utility room.

Peel Cottage Guest numbers and rules:

  1. No smoking throughout the house
  2. No pets allowed
  3. 4 Guests maximum – King size double and twin bedroom.

Ground floor

Living room, kitchen/dining and utility.

First floor

King size Master bedroom, adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.

Second floor

Twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom comprising of bath with hand held shower head, toiler and wash basin.

Outside

Rear – 150 foot south facing garden with two patio areas for seating.

At the front of the house there are personalised (Peel Cottage) traffic cones to reserve parking directly in front of the house.
